Buildings and Grounds

The mission of the Buildings and Grounds Department is to maintain and improve conditions of plant facilities and grounds in order to provide a safe, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment for our growing community.

Our objects are:

• Identify critical deficiencies and prioritize their repair/replacement accordingly
• Actively participate in the planning and budgeting process
• Constantly seek cost effective ways to complete projects without compromising quality or efficiency
• Utilize optimum modern equipment to increase work productivity and quality
• Take a pro-active approach to responding to safety and security
